Flex Strata runs a public MCP server. ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Cursor and any MCP-compatible agent can connect over Streamable HTTP — no authentication required for the public read-only toolset.

Where can I see current pricing?[AU]
Open Subscriptions for current packages, included allowances and available add-ons. Prices and limits are managed centrally; historical quotes and older conversations are not current pricing.
How are subscriptions paid?[AU]
Subscriptions use invoices and external bank transfer, not an online payment gateway. Follow the payment details on your invoice. Platform administrators manage subscription invoices and payment status.
Where are building documents and certificates?[AU]
Use Documents for building records, Certificates for certificate workflows, and Request Documents in the Owner Dashboard. Flex AI does not automatically issue statutory certificates.
Does Flex AI provide legal advice?[AU]
Flex AI offers general strata information. Check the applicable jurisdiction and source text, and seek qualified advice where needed. Uploaded rules cannot override legislation.
What is the owner Mailbox?[AU]
Mailbox is an in-app owner mailbox. It is distinct from the Email Agent and from custom mailbox allowances.
